Cognitive flexibility and entrepreneurial self-efficacy of Young Entrepreneurs' Alliance Leaders and the Ibero-American Federation of Young Entrepreneurs

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between Cognitive Flexibility, with its subscales, and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, dimensions, of leaders representing young entrepreneurs in G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance Ibero-American Federation Entrepreneurs. Methodology: The study has qualitative quantitative approaches, as well descriptive nature. analytical statistical processing were Qualitative Comparative Fuzzy Set Analysis (fsQCA); Correlation Linear Regression. Results: results pointed to significant positive correlation hypotheses H2, H3, H4, rejected hypothesis H1, thus concluding that said maintain dexterity perceiving generating multiple explanations alternative solutions uncertain, difficult, and/or new occurrences (cognitive flexibility), positively influencing belief their abilities are effective carrying out courses action necessary create a business or development an existing (entrepreneurial self-efficacy). Theoretical/methodological contributions: contributes literature by expanding knowledge about cognitive flexibility entrepreneurial self-efficacy, as, research sample consisting world use fsQCA technique. Relevance/Originality: deepens discussion on self-efficacy entrepreneurs, since how think act become indispensable issue support activities carried independently within organizations. Social contribution lies evidence there is flexibility, which important problem-solving skill, along for understanding strategies share each other.
